We want you to love your Lowkey Smokey items! If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:

Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached, within 30 days of your delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Personalized or custom-made items.

Intimate apparel 

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at lowkeysmokeyshop@gmail.com through our website's contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired size/style when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item is not available, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
